We are Making Progress

The new plane is well on its way to becoming a reality as we begin to round out the design phase and finish up modelling and drawings. We plan to have our preliminary design review in the near future and begin building soon after. This year’s plane has a very unique feature unlike ever seen at Aero SAE Design competitions. We will be revealing this and more features of the plane as we draw nearer to the competition.

Involvement Week

The Aero team this year is attending Involvement Week which will be happening all over campus between Jan 17 to 21. We will be in the brand new CCIS building. Come over to check out how you and your friends can become involved with Aero! There will be experienced group members there to answer any questions you may have and discuss the club’s current plane project.

Where: Laser Quest – 10829 105 Avenue
When: December 8th, 2010 – The Last Day of Classes
Time: 9pm – 3am

Its the last day of classes, projects are done and the last of assignments are handed in. Come blow off some steam before finals begin. If you have played laser tag before you know it will be even better after a few drinks. Tickets on sale in ETLC starting Monday November 29. Come out for 6 hours of awesomeness!!
